in obtaining free or low-cost primary care through the HAP Volunteer
Physician Network or community clinics. |

specialists. In addition to medical
care provided through the HAP Volunteer Physician Network, many
patients receive donated lab services, x-rays, diagnostic tests
and surgeries. All Salt Lake County hospitals, as well as several
labs and outpatient care centers, support HAP Volunteer Physicians
in meeting the specialty care needs of HAP patients. |

approximately 1965 medical appointments for non-English speaking
HAP clients. |

Helped approximately 880 individuals
enroll in Medicaid, Primary Care Network or other public health
insurance programs. |
