| Established in 2001, the
Health Access Project (HAP) is a community partnership that works
to develop a more effective system for providing health care to uninsured
residents of Salt Lake County. To achieve this goal, the Health Access
Project partners with local physicians, hospitals, community clinics,
private businesses and the state and local health department. Find
